Thank goodness. In a couple of months Trump will be out of office, whether he likes (or accepts it) or not. It’s a pity the Senate looks to stay in the hands of the GOP, it will make the undoing of the damage of the last four years difficult, but hopefully Coronavirus and climate can be corrected.
Saturday night I got a good night’s sleep, the first in weeks.
Rick, I told you Biden would win. Yes, it’s still not “settled” because Trump refuses to concede, but we all know Trump will be gone from the White House in January. Biden won the Popular Vote by 5 million votes and has a healthy Electoral College lead. Now, we just have to deal with the coronavirus!
I’m still not getting why Arizona is not making it official. 290 is not an obstacle Trump can overcome, and add Georgia’s 16 makes 306, a nice ironic total after the last election.
I get it that he won’t concede and keeps holding his breath and kicking his heels. But for the woman in charge of the transition, supposedly an independent civil servant, to refuse to turn things over to the Biden transition team, is unconscionable.
Pleasant dreams, Rick!
I am sleeping better also, Rick. The last week was really nerve-wracking and I am glad it is over, with a good result.
Congrats on the results. Not just to you, but to all of the US 🙂
From all the way over here it all looked/looks (still ongoing isn’t it) so intense
