NEW! That Old Scoundrel Death by Bill Crider

That Old Scoundrel Death by Bill Crider, Sheriff Dan Rhodes Mysteries (Book 25), Minotaur Books February 19, 2019, hardcover 288 pages.

Published today, I got it about 4:00 p.m. His last book and the final Sheriff Dan Rhodes mystery. That’s both sad and exciting.

note: I haven’t started it yet, I want to finish the book I’m 2/3 into, though I’m not sure I can wait.

  1. Richard, I have never read Bill’s Dan Rhodes Mysteries but I do intend to read some this year.

Thanks for alerting me. I will be buying a copy soon.

  3. Rick, you’re in for a treat with Bill’s THAT OLD SCOUNDREL DEATH. My review of Bill’s last book is up on my blog.

  4. Jeff Meyerson says:

I have deliberately held off reading it until now. As soon as I finish the book I am reading, this will be next.

THis is the second day in a row that WordPress is making me type in my name and email.

    • Sorry Jeff. I haven’t changed any settings, so I don’t know why that’s happening.

      • Jeff Meyerson says:

Not your fault. I have an online subscription to the New York Daily News (among other newspapers). Suddenly, last week I didn’t get it. I emailed them and they apologized and “sent” it again. The next day, same thing happened. (By then, I had realized that by going back to the previous day’s email, the new paper would show up). They basically said, not their fault, check with your provider. Gee thanks. Then, that evening, the morning newspaper appeared and since then the regular 5:30 am arrival has resumed.

        Weird.

  5. Evan Lewis says:

Good to see it’s finally out.

  6. Jerry House says:

I am really looking forward to this one. Sad there will be no more from Bill.
