Today Barbara is mumblety-mumble years old. Happy birthday!
We had plans, but she has an infected, root canal situation, so it’s antibiotics, tepid soft food and plenty of rest.
We’ll watch the NFL draft tonight and see what happens, then early to bed. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

She shares a birthday with Melania Trump, apparently. Seems he was “too busy” watching Fox & Friends and tweeting to get her a gift.
How horrible for Barbara to have root canal issues on her birthday. I only have had one of those but it was not fun. I do hope things get better for her soon and you can both celebrate belatedly.
Yes, she felt awful, and it turns out the infection is extra-severe. She’s on heavy duty antibiotics, and we have to go back tomorrow morning at 8:30. Yow! Our birthday lunch has been postponed.
i feel her pain. I had my first root canal on my 40th birthday (ugh!). I hope the problem clears up soon so the two of you can have a proper celebration.
