So what do you do when it’s a dreary, rainy Sunday, and your football team isn’t playing (the Seattle Seahawks, in our case), and you have a little time on your hands?
Make home made cinnamon rolls, that’s what.

That looks delicious. I have a weakness for cinnamon rolls, but never tried to make them.
We didn’t make it today, because we were in a hurry, but our very favorite cinnamon roll recipe is Alton Brown’s from his Good Eats cookbook. The Alton Brown ones use more and better ingredients, and you can taste it, they’re the very best! They have cream cheese icing. If you decide to make cinnamon tools, make these!

Back in my early adulthood, I use to make bread with yeast dough, but haven’t been that ambitious for years. That does look like a great recipe and I have always enjoyed Alton Brown’s cooking shows.
Yum indeed. Those look very good, if not very dietetic.
If we’d wanted dietetic, we’d have skipped the cinnamon rolls and gone straight to the celery and tofu.
Well, that wouldn’t be much fun.
Enjoy!
mmmm.
